  • Full Moon Yoga

    Move through a slow yoga flow set to music and candlelight. Be guided through EFT tapping and breath work to let go of the past and get clarity. Each class begins with essential oil aromatherapy that coincides with the energy of the moon. This phase of the lunar cycle is a powerful time to release the old and make way for the new.

  • New Moon Yoga

    Powerful time of the lunar cycle to manifest your heart’s desires. Move through a yoga sequence set to uplifting music with some fun surprises mixed in to keep your energy flowing and your heart ready to receive. Each class begins with essential oil aromatherapy that coincides with the energy of this phase of the moon.
